For all those women out there who would like to join a group of like-minded mountain biking enthusiasts, go to Michaella Laird (Mac)’s Facebook site https://www.facebook.com/WhanganuiDirtWarrioresses/ where she advertises weekly rides on a Tuesday evening, meeting at 5.30pm.
This Tuesday they will be going to Foxton Beach, meeting at the Durie Hill steps at 5.30pm. Rides are weather dependent and updated on her Facebook page.
Mac insists that all riders have a night light of a minimum 900 lumen plus a backup light.
