Once again we will alternate our winter Thursday club rides between Araheke mtb park/Harakeke forest and urban trails, leaving at 6pm. The club has a list of ‘leaders’ who when present on any ride would be prepared to lead that particular ride. All our rides are more-or-less 13km-18km in length and take between 1.25 – 1.45 hours in total with short stops. Urban rides tend to be shorter than the Harakeke rides. Good helmet mounted lights are essential for winter riding.

June 11 – Urban ride – meet at i-site
June 18 – Araheke mtb park/Harakeke
June 25 – Urban ride – meet at i-site

We have a Whatsapp group for people who regularly ride on a Thursday evening. If you would like to join it, please let us know so we can put you on it. It is only a means of communication for those who wish to make sure that there will be others on that particular ride, especially if the weather is looking dicey. If it is raining, then it is unlikely that a group ride will go ahead.

E-bikes are always welcome but please note that the rides cater for analogue biking (unless specifically stated) and the pace is set accordingly. The group may be split if there is a big discrepancy in abilities.
